In this course, you’ll learn how to modulate physical & emotional stress responses within the body through effective, evidence-based training aids and we’ll teach students how to Experience Resiliency.

1 day course objectives:

• Trauma Informed Policing: Evidence based research on stress & trauma exposure

• Resiliency Development: Live stress inoculation to develop and practice optimal Heart Rate Variability (HRV)

• Chronic Tension Management: Customized programming with myofascial release and static stretching
